Nigerian Afropop, RnB singer, Adebayo Adeleke popularly known as B-Red renews his contract with Davido’s HKN Music, adding a new edge to the old saying, “family over everything”.
Yesterday, the record label’s lawyer and Chairman shared photos of the signing ceremony, confirming that the Finally crooner will remain in the family, no matter their occasional altercations.
Recall that in 2016, Davido disgraced B-Red on his SnapChat and Twitter, called him a flop and accused him of being envious of his new artiste Mayorkun.
“My own blood hating on me over Mayorkun’s success, wow!” Davido wrote on Twitter and Snapchat. “I have done so much for you, you still no blow. F**k outta here, hater oshi! And you had the nerve to go to snap and write that. No respect at all.”
B-Red had many times been referred to as Davido’s video vixen. His videos sadly failed to get him to the spotlight, and with that public disgrace, many people thought he would walk away from the label when his contract expired.
