The Ruff Town Records artiste, Wendy Shay says she sees the recent beef between popular Ghanaian female artists Eno Barony, Sister Afia, and Freda Rhymez, as Women Empowerment.
According to Wendy Shay, females who are throwing jabs at each other through rap music gives an indication of females finally fighting for a place in the male dominating genre. it also indicates ‘what men can do women can do better’.
she tweeted: “U call it beef, I call it women empowerment..all I see is women showcasing their talent ..female artists are gradually waking up”
