Glee actor, Naya Rivera is missing and presumed dead after her 4-year-old son was found alone on a boat on Calirfornia’s Lake Piru on Wednesday.
Four-year-old Josey has told investigators that he climbed back on the boat and his mother did not, but the circumstances are unclear and cops say it is ‘challenging’ to interrogate a toddler. According to TMZ, the boy says his mother ‘jumped in the water and didn’t come back up’.
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department announced in a press release that they began searching for a presumed drowning victim after responding to a report of a boy left alone on a boat at around 4:48pm yesterday (8 July).

Rivera, 33, had reportedly arrived at the lake and rented a pontoon boat with her son.
A search and rescue dive team and helicopter equipped with a drone are both assisting in the search.
