All around the world, people have had mixed feelings about the coronavirus after several months of battling the deadly virus. For some, safety measures are to be observed at all costs.
For others, however, the virus is simply a hoax used by those at the whims of power to keep the average citizen oppressed and immobile. A major holder of this point of view is a beauty salon owner in the United Kingdom who has dismissed the virus as nonexistent.
The salon owner, a woman, has been criticized for her approach to the virus after she mounted a shocking list of bullet points in her salon window. On the list, the woman puts up five important rules to be observed by customers in her salon.
Beauty parlours all across the world were forced to close at the beginning of the year. But since reopening this beauty parlour in Liverpool, UK has taken an extreme approach to new salon rules.
The salon manager has, however, faced a host of criticism for her response to the previous closure of salons as well as her list of rules that go against all health safety measures.
She put a sign in her window stating “the virus doesn’t exist.” She has even banned all talk of Covid-19, as well as face masks, as she believes the virus doesn’t exist.
She put the sign up in the window of Skin Kerr Aesthetics, Hair and Beauty. She has since received threats due to her behaviour and apparent disregard for her customers’ safety.
According to the Liverpool Echo, she won’t allow people in if they’re wearing a mask. She even shared a picture of the sign to her Facebook page. The manager said she “did not wish to discuss” the poster. As threats of violence have already been made against her.
The poster contained a series of crazy bullet points… Stating that it was a “COVID Free Salon…” “No masks, we take cash; COVID talk is banned; you can’t catch what doesn’t exist.”
In addition to this, she asks customers to ensure that they adhere to these rules. The bullet points end with “#voodoovirusisbullsh**” and “#wedonotconsent” and states “please respect the rules of the salon.”
