A young Louisiana rapper was shot and killed early on Sunday morning in Dallas over an alleged internet beef.
22-year-old Garrett Burton, of Baton Rouge, who performed as Da Real Gee Money was found dead at about 1:30 a.m. in a parking lot in the 1900 block of Dallas Drive, police spokesman Sgt. Don Coppola said.
Da Real Gee Money who has a baby daughter with his girlfriend was leaving a recording studio before the incident. He died at the scene after suffering from gunshot wounds, according to BRPD.
The Baton Rouge Police detectives say they are currently investigating the shooting
