Nigerian rapper, singer and songwriter, Loti teams up with Magna, PsychoYP and Eeskay on this dope rap single titled, “DKM (Ma Pa Mi)“.
“DKM” is fruity in the sense that it begins with a concoction of pipe-y synths that sound like they belong in an orchestra. It’s the ideal start for Magnabombardment .’s of bars, which sets the tone for the rest of the quartet to provide an immersive Trap fusion that, while different from Loti’s usual fare, is a step in the right direction.
Loti delivers a chorus that does a fantastic job of recalling his progress thus far and demonstrating an optimistic vision for himself and his growing fans. He’s been constructing a personality characterized by grown and seductive components strewn throughout poetry, articulation, and sonic ambiance since the release of his five-track collaboration with KD, “Sins & Scenes,” which he brought to the fore on “DKM.”
