Fikile Mbalula isn’t just a capable Minister of Transport in South Africa, but he’s got the skills of a comedian.
The Minister celebrated his 50th birthday few days ago in a small gathering, but he did something that cracked ribs.
A video of Fikile using all effort to blow off the fireworks on his 50th cake has gone viral on social media and people can’t stop laughing.
It seem like the minister knows what he is doing, he probably just enjoyed blowing it off.
