Mama Juliana Olayemi Okusanya has died at the age of 95. She is the mother of the late Tunji Okusanya, the founder of Nigeria’s
biggest funeral services provider, MIC who died about 4 years ago in the Associated Airline crash that occurred in Lagos while
the corpse of late ex-Ondo State Governor, Olusegun Agagu was being transported home for burial.
She died peacefully in the arms of her two surviving children yesterday, on July 10,
2017 at her house in Palmgrove, Onipanu Lagos.
In 2014, her late son, Okusanya lost his life alongside his son, Tunji Jnr., in the Associated Airlines crash.
When the sad incident occurred, it was just about a month before Mama Okusanya clocked 91. She would have clocked 95 this
November.
