Neymar will reject a stunning move to Paris
Saint-Germain and stay at Barcelona.
That is according to his teammate Gerard
Pique who posted a picture of their pair on
Twitter on Sunday night with the caption,
“He stays”.
Reports in Spain and France had suggested
that Neymar was ready to join the Paris
giants in a world-record £197million move.
But Pique’s intervention suggests he will
remain at the Nou Camp.
Neymar scored twice in his side’s 2-1 win
over Juventus on Saturday night and is
understood to have held talks with Luis
Suarez and Lionel Messi about his future.
The pair appear to have convinced the 25-
year-old that he can fulfil his ambitions in
Catalonia.
PSG could now renew their efforts to sign
Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal.
But the Chilean has told PSG they will have to
pay him £500,000 a week, the same kind of
basic salary that Messi earns at Barcelona if
he is going to leave England.

Arsenal insist that Sanchez is not for sale at
any price – despite the fact he has less than
12 months left on his current deal.
And they would rather not hand their star
player to another Premier League club –
even for £50million.
PSG are prepared to pay £40million – hoping
that Arsenal will reluctantly sell Sanchez
abroad.
