A man who lost his job as a result of the ravaging coronavirus has shared the blissful good news he received with regards to furthering his education.
Narrating his challenges via his Twitter handle, @MelzDot said that he had been worrying about money considering the fact that he lost his job, however, he was hit with a huge surprise when a mail was sent to inform him that he has been offered a full scholarship to do his PhD programme at University of Cambridge.
“I‘ve been offered a place at Cambridge University to do my PhD. On a FULL SCHOLARSHIP. Wow. I was worrying about money this morning, as I’m out of work for the foreseeable, then the official confirmation came thru.
“Come and see Divine. This is actually mad you know! AHHHHHH!!!
“Thank you so much everyone for all of your kind words of support, it truly means so much!!
“I have nothing to share other than I’m slightly more interesting over on Instagram” he wrote on Twitter.
