Zimbabwe on Monday has begun to observe a 3 weeks lockdown as mandated by the President, Emmerson Mnangagwa, as part of efforts to contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
The President, speaking on his fears, said a total of seven confirmed cases and one death had been recorded with the index to likely worsen when the wet season comes.
In Harare, Police patrol vans roam the streets asking people to comply with instructions and stay indoors.
