Dawn Thandeka King is reported to have departed TV drama, Uzalo.
The actress’ exit will see her joining the cast of a show which has the working title Diepsloot.
Dawn has been part of the series from one to four.
The new series that Dawn is reportedly joining is currently titled Diepsloot, although that may change before it airs, and is produced by Black Brain pictures.
Meanwhile, SABC issued a firm warning to Uzalo to improve their storyline following viewers complaints over the “boring” storyline.
According to Sundayworld , Uzalo had an impressive viewership of 11.4 million in April before dropping to 8.8 million last month. This is a very huge drop of viewers given their impressive start.
