Three colourful bathing boxes in St James, Cape Town’s false Bay coastline have been consumed by fire.
This incident happened in the early hours on Saturday morning 8 August.
City of Cape Town law enforcement spokesperson Wayne Dyason confirmed the incident.
Dyason said law enforcement officers found three bathing boxes on fire at about 1:00 on Saturday morning 8 August.
“The fire was extinguished by the fire department. Three boxes completely gutted and 2 damaged partially.
“The cause of the fire is unknown,” he said.
