Many jubilates in the street of Igbere Village, Bende local government in Abia State after the Supreme court annulled Orji Uzor Kalu’s conviction.
Today, May 8, 2020, the Supreme court revoked the judgement that convicted and sentenced the former governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor-Kalu, to 12 years imprisonment.
Kalu hails from Igbere village where he is said to own own a sprawling 400-room mansion/estate which he named ‘Camp Neya’, after his daughter.
